At Care One 2 One we aim to provide clients with a comprehensive service of support whilst ensuring the highest standards and quality of service within their own home environment. We will strive to offer a flexible, versatile, efficient and professional service, which is tailored to meet each person’s individual requirements. We will treat each client with respect and remain sensitive to his / her individual needs, choices and abilities, and to promote the client's independence and right to personal dignity. It is the aim of Care One 2 One to deliver an outstanding service of personal care and any associated domestic provision to meet the needs of the dependent clients (“Service Users”) in their own home environment. Care One 2 One believes this will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence that embrace the fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that are witnessed and evaluated through practice, conduct and control of quality in the client’s home setting and beyond.
Care One 2 One prides itself on offering a wide and varied care and support service.
Everyone has different needs and support doesn’t come in a one size fits all package.
As an agency, Care One 2 One works with the individual and their loved ones or representatives to find that perfect fit whenever possible.
Our services range from but are not limited to providing personal care, food preparation, and managing medication, to respite sits, escorting to appointments and carrying out cleaning and shopping.
We operate 365 days a year.
Calls can range from 30 minutes to a number of hours depending on the service you are looking for.
Visits can be once a week to 7 days a week with multiple visits through the day and evening.
We offer services through the local authorities, privately, and NHS and are regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales, so you are in safe hands.

"People can be assured they receive a good standard of care from this provider. People like
their care workers and told us they “Have no problems or complaints” and are “Happy with
my care.” All people using the service have assessments and personal plans to ensure they
receive appropriate levels of care and support.
Care workers are happy in their job roles and speak positively about the support they
receive from managers. One care worker told us they wanted to “Progress within the
company” and another told us “It is a great place to work”. Care workers are supported to
access regular training and supervision.
The Responsible Individual (RI) has made great efforts in implementing improvements to
the service. These have had a positive impact on the whole service, but with particular
emphasis on the development of people’s personal plans, staff induction and recruitment
processes."

We do not require you to have any prior experience or qualifications but you must be a member of Social Care Wales in order to work in care.
